Terms of Services
1. Payments must be paid upfront before starting the work. I only accept PayPal for international client and BCA for Indonesian client.2. Once commission has been accepted and the invoice has been paid, there will be no refund.3. Clients can not request for cancellation after payment has been received.4. All commercial use will be 2 times normal rates.5. What counts as personal or commercial use?
• Personal use : Profile Icon, Banners, Character Sheets, Song Cover Art (Non-monetized), Game Assets (free game or non-monetized game), basically anything non-monetized.
• Commercial use : PNGTubers, Streaming Assets, Merchandises, Song Cover Art (monetized), Book Covers, Game Assets (paid product or monetized game), basically anything monetized.6. Revisions made during sketch phase will be free of charge with maximum 3 times, any revision made during line art or coloring/painting phase and more than 3 times will be charged $10/revision. Fee not applies caused by the artist negligence.7. You are not allowed to re-sell my artworks or adoptable for profit, however you are allowed to gift the commissioned artwork to someone else.8. I retain my rights to my illustrations and may use them however I wish.9. Should the client decided to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.10. By commissioning me, the client hereby agrees to all Terms and Conditions stated above and understands that client will only receive a digital illustration sent by email and will not receive any physical item or illustration.

• Regular updates will be sent via e-mail/DM twitter.
• Finished commission can be delivered approximately 7-30 days.
• Final delivery in PNG / JPEG format, size 210 x 297 mm (size may change depends on request), RGB - 300dpi, and the files will be emailed to the client, speedpaint and master file are not provided.
